Café Swasthya offers an Ayurveda-inspired menu within a contemporary and cozy setting. Adding to the experience, the café’s walls are adorned with photographs and artwork explaining the Ayurvedic principles of Panchamahabhut (five great elements) and tridoshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), offering an enriching experience for all visitors.
One of the standout features of Café Swasthya is the ‘Prakriti Quiz,’ which helps customers understand their body-mind constitution by scanning a QR code on the menu. This optional quiz guides patrons in making choices that suit their unique needs.
