Akshat’s passion for acting led him from his beloved home in India to The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, where he honed his craft and graduated with flying colors. Currently, Akshat is prepping for his lead role in “An Ordinary Day,” a new play directed by Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Jennifer Fox. The much awaited production is all set to open in New York on June 22nd! Simultaneously, he is gearing up for the release and further filming of “Dharm,” an upcoming TV series that honors the unsung heroes of India—the house-help. Akshat also features as a guest star in the season finale of the upcoming show “Are We Famous Yet?”.
