Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], May 26: Mr Neil Kant Shiv Lal, Chairman and President of The Indian Council of Scotland and the United Kingdom, was honoured as Guest of Honour and awarded the I Am Peacekeeper Champion Award at the Billionaires for Peace Conclave, held in the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel & Residences.
Organised under the I Am Peacekeeper Movement, the Conclave convened global leaders, Nobel Peace Laureates, policymakers, and changemakers to advance the principle that inner peace is the foundation of world peace. The programme featured keynote addresses, panel discussions on justice and peace, a charity painting auction, and the formal release of the I Am Peacekeeper Charter, culminating in a gala dinner and awards ceremony.
Mr Lal attended the event alongside his wife, Mrs Pooja Lal. His recognition was met with strong commendation from attending dignitaries and international delegates.
