Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], March 27: Aluwind Architectural Limited,a reputed player in the facade and fenestration industry, has announced its plan to go public with an Initial Public Offering on March 28, 2024. The company is aiming to raise ₹ 29.70Crores through this IPO, with shares set to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform.
The issue size is Up to 66,00,000 equity shares at face value of ₹ 10 each.
