Receiving the award, Dr. Shigwan was visibly moved. “This honour is not mine alone,” he said with deep emotion. “It belongs to every senior management, engineer, technician who worked under harsh conditions, every volunteer who gave their time, every villager who trusted us, and every corporate and NGO partner who believed in the power of energy access.
