This year, UGAM will take place at 6:30 pm on the 8th of November at the Nehru Centre Auditorium in Worli, Mumbai, where Shri Rahul Deshpande – Indian classical music singer and actor, will honour us with his presence and undoubtedly add significant value to the event. Shri Rahul Deshpande is the recipient of a National Film Award, Filmfare Awards Marathi and Maharashtra State Film Awards for his work in Me Vasantrao. He is also the grandson of the legendary Hindustani Classical Music Vocalist Shri Vasantrao Deshpande.
With each passing year, the concert weaves together a symphony of talent, tradition and cultural depth; however, its inspiration extends beyond the stage, serving as a beacon and cornerstone for the future of Indian classical music and cultural heritage.
