Ans: Overcoming cancer and navigating various transitions in my career and personal life have provided me with firsthand insights. As an IT professional, I’ve encountered many challenges and triumphs that have shaped my understanding of turning 40.

Ans: The key themes in the book revolve around resilience, self-discovery, and personal growth. I wanted to highlight the importance of embracing challenges and learning from them. Ans: One lesson that stands out is the importance of self-compassion. We often judge ourselves harshly and set unrealistic expectations. My journey taught me to be kinder to myself, to accept my imperfections, and to celebrate my achievements, no matter how small. Ans: The Trust is primarily into Cancer Awareness and Counselling. Having faced cancer myself, I understand the physical, emotional, and financial burdens it imposes. Donating the proceeds from this book is my way of giving back and supporting those who are going through similar struggles. It’s a small step towards making a positive impact in their lives.
