Chandigarh [India], July 8: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Tushar Foundation, in association with the Media & Entertainment Skills Council (MESC) and the Indian Institute of Creative Skills (IICS), successfully organized a grand yoga and wellness event at Chandigarh Club, bringing together more than 500 fitness enthusiasts, yoga practitioners, students, and health-conscious citizens for a morning dedicated to health, mindfulness, and community well-being.
The celebration was graced by distinguished personalities from the wellness, fitness, and social sectors, including renowned Ayurveda and Wellness Guru Acharya Manish, eminent social and political leader Sanjay Tandon, and India’s celebrated fitness icon Tripat Singh.
Addressing the gathering, Acharya Manish shared valuable insights on holistic health, natural wellness, preventive healthcare, and the importance of incorporating yoga into everyday life. His practical guidance inspired participants to embrace a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
Adding further excitement to the event, Tripat Singh enthralled the audience with remarkable fitness demonstrations that showcased the importance of discipline, endurance, and consistent physical activity. His inspiring performance encouraged participants, particularly the youth, to make fitness an integral part of their daily lives.
Speaking on the occasion, Sanjay Tandon emphasized the importance of wellness in building a stronger and healthier society. The event, held from 6:00 AM onwards, was professionally managed and executed by Sports-13, ensuring a vibrant and engaging experience for all participants.
