The solution dynamically improved in-home user experience by intelligently steering 80% of smart TVs, 70% of laptops, and 60% of mobile devices to optimal Wi-Fi channels, ensuring more stable and consistent connectivity across high-usage devices.
As the solution scaled across a broader subscriber base by September 2025, ACT Fibernet recorded a 25% reduction in customer support calls, underscoring the operational impact of predictive network intelligence. Users continued to experience tangible results, including up to a 50% improvement in speeds and a 15% reduction in latency. Video-based use cases saw significant enhancements as well, with up to 10x better video conferencing and 9x better video streaming performance, translating AI-driven optimization into noticeably seamless digital experiences.
