Commenting on the financial performance, Mr. Amar Singh, Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director of Chandan Healthcare Limited, said, “We delivered a healthy performance during the quarter, with Total Income of ₹82.26 Cr, reflecting growth of 19.62% YoY. The performance was supported by continued expansion of our diagnostic network, growing contribution from the B2G business and steady progress across our partnership-led growth initiatives.
Our network expansion gained significant momentum during the quarter, with 134 franchise centres added, taking the franchise network to 264 centres. We also added 1 Comprehensive Diagnostic Centre, 2 Diagnostic Centres and 3 standalone Labs, taking our total network to 327 centres, including franchise centres. The franchise rollout continues to progress well, enabling us to expand our reach efficiently across existing and new markets.
We also strengthened our presence in key geographies during the quarter. The acquisition of Nishkam Imaging, an established radiology and pathology centre in New Delhi, further strengthened our Delhi network, while the launch of our Vadodara centre marked our entry into Gujarat. Our rollout with Jeena Sikho hospitals and clinics is progressing well, and we plan to expand diagnostic services across additional partner facilities.
Going forward, our focus remains on accelerating the franchise rollout, further expanding our franchise footprint, scaling our partnership-led network, growing the B2G business and selectively expanding our presence across attractive markets. We remain focused on building a wider, accessible and integrated diagnostics network through a balanced expansion of franchise and owned centres, while driving sustainable growth.”
