NM Group Founder Niket Mangal honoured with the Young Achiever of Indore Award 2026 by Young Thinkers’ Forum for his entrepreneurial excellence and contribution to Indore’s evolving real estate landscape.
Indore (Madhya Pradesh) [India], October 28: From captivating audiences through his voice as a radio jockey to shaping Indore’s evolving skyline through real estate, Niket Mangal, Founder and Managing Director of NM Group, has carved a distinctive path in entrepreneurship. He has been honoured with the Young Achiever of Indore Award 2026 by Young Thinkers’ Forum, recognising his entrepreneurial achievements, visionary leadership and contribution to the real estate sector.
A first-generation entrepreneur, Mangal began his professional journey in journalism with Dainik Bhaskar before establishing his presence in radio at 92.7 BIG FM. His early experiences in media helped him understand people, communication and the power of building meaningful connections. Driven by an entrepreneurial vision and a desire to create something of his own, he eventually ventured into real estate, laying the foundation for what has grown into NM Group.
Building More Than Just Real Estate
Today, NM Group has successfully delivered over five projects across Indore, with more than 10 upcoming developments in its pipeline. Having positively impacted the lives of over 5,000 families, the group continues to strengthen its presence through quality construction, thoughtful planning and distinctive architectural designs.
With a commitment to enhancing Indore’s urban landscape, NM Group aspires to create more than residential spaces. Its vision is to develop architectural landmarks that add beauty, value and character to the city while offering families spaces they can proudly call home.
At the heart of this journey lies NM Group’s philosophy, “Let’s Grow Together.” More than a tagline, it represents Mangal’s belief in collective progress, where customers, employees, channel partners and communities grow alongside the organisation. This commitment to shared success remains central to the group’s approach to business and its vision for the future.
Beyond his entrepreneurial accomplishments, Mangal serves as Joint Secretary of NAREDCO Madhya Pradesh, contributing to industry discussions, professional collaboration and initiatives aimed at advancing the real estate sector.
An Award That Celebrates a Collective Journey
For Mangal, the Young Achiever of Indore Award 2026 represents more than individual recognition. It is a moment to reflect on his journey, acknowledge the people who have supported him and renew his commitment to creating lasting value through NM Group.
Expressing his gratitude on receiving the honour, Mangal said:
“Receiving the Young Achiever of Indore Award 2026 is a truly special and humbling moment for me. When I look back at my journey, from journalism and radio to building NM Group, I realise that every experience, every challenge and every person who believed in me has contributed to where I stand today.
I consider this recognition not just a personal achievement, but a reflection of the collective efforts of my team, the trust our customers have placed in us, and the constant support of our channel partners, associates and well-wishers. Their belief in our vision motivates us to keep moving forward and raising our standards.
For me, real success is not just about building structures; it is about building trust, nurturing relationships and creating something that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Indore is our home, and I want NM Group to contribute to the city’s growth by creating developments that people value for generations. This award inspires me to take that responsibility even more seriously and continue living by our philosophy of ‘Let’s Grow Together.’”
Shaping the Future of Indore
As NM Group moves towards its next phase of expansion, Mangal remains focused on developing thoughtfully designed spaces, building lasting relationships and contributing to Indore’s architectural identity.
His journey from journalism to entrepreneurship reflects the importance of adaptability, perseverance and the courage to pursue opportunities beyond conventional career paths. By combining his understanding of people with a long-term vision for urban development, he continues to work towards creating spaces that address not only present-day needs but also the aspirations of future generations.
The recognition by Young Thinkers’ Forum adds another significant milestone to his entrepreneurial journey, reinforcing his commitment to excellence and continued growth.
From connecting with audiences through a microphone to contributing to the city’s skyline through real estate, Niket Mangal’s story demonstrates that entrepreneurship is ultimately about more than commercial success.
