New Delhi [India], August 27: As India enters the high-intensity festive and gifting season, one of India’s Most Innovative Corporate Gifting companies, Consortium Gifts has announced a landmark global recognition, being named among PPAI’s 2026 Greatest Companies To Work For.
Recognised by Promotional Products Association International (PPAI), the world’s largest and longest-serving international not-for-profit association for the promotional products industry, the honour places Consortium Gifts among companies setting a benchmark for workplace culture within the global promotional products ecosystem. What makes the recognition particularly significant is that it is employee-led. The award is based on direct employee feedback evaluating key aspects of the workplace, including leadership, communication, benefits, professional development, culture, community, and overall direction.
This recognition arrives at a defining moment for India’s corporate gifting industry, ahead of the festive season when brands increasingly look beyond conventional gifting to create experiences that communicate their identity, values and relationships. Speaking about this recognition, Gaurav Bhagat, Founder & Managing Director, Consortium Gifts, said, “For us, the greatest recognition is not simply the scale of business we have built, but the consistency with which we continue to serve our clients and the trust they place in us. Corporate gifting today is no longer about putting a logo on a product, it is about presenting a brand powerfully, creatively and innovatively, and creating an experience that carries its image into the world. Our work with marquee organisations including Salesforce, Deloitte, EY, LinkedIn, BMW and many more has constantly pushed us to raise that benchmark. Being recognised by PPAI as one of the Greatest Companies to Work For makes this achievement even more meaningful because the foundation of everything we deliver externally begins with the people who build it internally.”
PPAI President and CEO Drew Holmgreen noted that the recognised companies demonstrate what it means to prioritise people, adding that when employees feel valued and supported, the impact extends across every level of business and the wider industry.
