A healthy and balanced body has a positive effect on the entire lifestyle. People who give priority to their physical fitness can easily overcome many challenges of life. Physical fitness not only protects you from diseases but also increases self-confidence. Therefore, to be successful, we first have to ensure that our body functions properly.
While making the youth aware, Narendra Yadav said that when you are physically healthy, its effect is also seen on your mental and emotional health. Mental and emotional health plays a big role in keeping the mind balanced and positive, in staying away from stress and anxiety and in promoting optimistic thinking. Giving priority to mental health and developing inner strength is very important to stay composed and deal with difficulties in difficult situations of life. Narendra Yadav told the youth that this country is your country. Global statistics also say that by 2029 India will be the youngest country in the world. But one concern is that the youth are not aware of their health. Due to lack of motivation, time and confidence, today’s youth have started ignoring the biggest responsibility of taking care of their health. Today, not only physical diseases like heart attack and cancer, but also mental problems like depression are increasing very rapidly among the youth. In today’s era, everyone wants to do everything very quickly. Our youth are also in a hurry in physical fitness. To make their body fit and strong, the youth have started taking steroids. Steroids are synthetic hormones which are taken in oral or injectable form. Their consumption increases the amount of hormones responsible for increasing muscles in the body in an unnatural way.
Many times the youth consume these drugs under the influence of social media because many social media influencers, who are becoming role models for our youth according to the current trend, are seen openly advocating these drugs to make six packs and no action is taken against them. In many cases, these youth have even died due to these drugs. Heart specialists also believe that these drugs increase the amount of muscles in the body and the pressure on the heart increases much more than the blood supply it naturally provides, due to which many times the heart is unable to withstand this pressure and as a result heart attack is seen.
As soon as the effect of these drugs wears off, the natural hormones in the body are no longer at the level they used to be earlier. In such a situation, the muscles in the body of these young people start to deteriorate which is called loss of size and the young people get depressed after finding themselves in such a situation. Due to which many times they even commit suicide.
Narendra Yadav said that now the time has come to bring about structural changes in the fitness industry in the country and before opening any fitness center, it should be registered and the government should create a regulatory body for this which regulates these centers and standardizes the people giving such training through an examination. So that quality training can be given for health and nutrition. The work of this regulatory body should be to monitor the fitness centers, maintain quality, prepare the trainers and inspect and monitor such centers from time to time. So that in the coming time we can build a healthy and prosperous India by improving the health of our country, especially preventive health.
