In trials using the EyePACS and Messidor datasets — two industry benchmarks — Dr. Poranki’s AI models delivered 99.7% accuracy, and 100% sensitivity and specificity across multiple stages of diabetic retinopathy. This level of performance positions the system as one of the most reliable automated DR grading tools to date.
Each model has been rigorously peer-reviewed and published in leading journals including Elsevier, Informatica, and IEEE, with supporting design and utility patents granted in India.
